Born in Buffalo, NY, my passion for cooking started at a very young age. To know me is to know I’m a big fan of food 😁. I love everything from taking the steps to prepare the dish, to seeing the satisfied looks on people’s faces, to seeing groups of people come together. I worked all over Buffalo and took a little with me what I could from every restaurant.  With 20 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, Im excited to present my vision to you and all of my customers.  Every order is handled with care and I’m committed to make sure you have a fantastic experience and are 100% satisfied with my product.
